Bulls
The longest winning streak in modern history deserves respect, without irony. In time there will be offers for the believers — each printed next to our own bear case.
Offers to come — beside our doubts
Crisis does not destroy wealth — it reorganises it, quietly, by telephone. Tokenezo is building the small investor’s seat at that table.
The position
Everything on the portals during a boom is what smart owners agreed to let go. The public market is the shop window of the second-best.
The best assets rarely dip in public at all. Their dip happens by telephone.
We do not need the bulls to be wrong — we simply do not need them to be right for another decade.
The full argument — the mechanics, the numbers, and where we may be wrong — is in the first letter. Every figure in it is sourced in the open data layer.

Patience, dry powder, and watching for the best shelf to open. The logic of the first letter lives here — so does the discipline of waiting well.
The letter’s home arena
03
A workshop, not an arena. Small, real ventures where mistakes are data and losses are tuition, paid in small money. Dreamers sort themselves from doers here.
First project: the Lazdijai house
The first object
A 1936 log house under sea-green boards, in the exact centre of a town of four thousand, seven kilometres from the Polish border. Worth little money and a great deal of attention. Tokenezo is handing it to its community, and one legal transaction is the whole test — plan, vote, fund, build, permit, sell: governance, capital, labour, law and trust, end to end.
Renovate the house, open something in it — and legally sell one coffee to a teacher from the gymnasium next door. Or one candy to their pupil.
If the coffee gets sold, the chain works. And the community is real — not a chat channel full of strangers with opinions, but people who have fixed a roof together.
